MCPS FY08 Operating Budget - after first round approval by the Board of Education, the Budget  moved to the hands of the Montogomery County Council.  A final County Council vote date of May 24, 2007 was followed by a final vote by BoE in June.  The budget was funded. Decisions made at this level profoundly affect the state of special education in MC.  The MCPS FY2009 Operating Budget will be released for comment (?)
